About
My background is of a long-standing NHS Professional who is dedicated to caring for others.
I became a counsellor because I am passionate about helping people feel their best.
I am specialised in providing therapy for clients experiencing baby loss and pregnancy issues, however I cover a wide range of other issues.
I offer counselling to suit the client, whether it is long term sessions or maybe just for a short time.
I am happy to work either individually or with couples.
My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can fully express, explore and experiment with any feelings, thoughts and emotions that you may be struggling with.
I am committed to having up to date indemnity insurance, a clear enhanced DBS certificate, GDPR compliant and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) where I adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
I ensure that I participate in regular Continuing Professional Development to keep my practice up to date.
