Hello, my name is Helen, I am a person-centred and Humanistic Counsellor based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
I offer counselling to individuals, couples, and young adults.
This can be either face to face or online sessions.
I realise that taking the first step in seeking help can be difficult, but I promise you a warm, compassionate and safe place to talk and be heard.
My background is of a long-standing NHS Professional who is dedicated to caring for others.
I became a counsellor because I am passionate about helping people feel their best.

My I am a Humanistic counsellor with a Person Centred base. This means that , when appropriate, I can offer elements from a humanistic or creative perspective if we felt it benefited your therapy.
After your enquiry I will contact you to arrange a free assessment where we can discuss your concerns, and ask some background information so that we can decide if we are a good fit and so able to enter into a counselling relationship together.
